We cordially invite you to the Community Health Resource Fair in Oxford, NC this Saturday, August 16th from 10 am-2 pm.  CCBNC will be facilitating health education on topics such as: hypertension, heart disease, vaccinations, and diabetes. There will be additional resources such as: mental health resource and a mobile unit with resources catering to rural: health, education, and nutrition.
